Sourcing seasonal Menu
A simple menu with few items that respect the Divine gift of mother nature. Use locally sourced organic ingredients whenever possible to support local farmers and reduce environmental impact. I'm being transparent and will always tell who are my suppliers. it is the minimum.
Community-oriented
I believe this is the way society should behave. The community always enriches our lives and fosters deeper connections among individuals and small businesses. Industrialization is not the pastry favourite. We should keep in touch. Maybe next time you'll make a cake for me?
Eco-responsible
Being aware of how important this is, I'm choosing sustainability and implementing eco-friendly mobility. I'll transit by Walking. I'll provide my service only to my neighbours. This is why I'll serve only the Kitsilano area. And no, I don't want to drive or to transit by bus.
